Who we are

IntroJet is a product by Klapeen. Klapeen is responsible for processing data through this website. You can reach us at info@klapeen.nl.

Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we process your name, company, email address, phone number and message. We only use them to contact you. The message is forwarded to us by email through our email service (Resend) and kept as a backup on our own server.

Retention

We keep contact form data for as long as needed for the contact, and for two years at most, unless a customer relationship follows.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Only a functional session cookie (ij_session) is set to secure the contact form. It disappears when you close your browser.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data. Email info@klapeen.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
